National Adult Education Honor Society

National Adult Education Honor Society bannerThe National Adult Education Honor Society is a nationally recognized, charity organization that promotes excellence in adult education. Part of its mission is the development of student ambassadors for local adult education programs.

Delray Full Service School (DFSS) hosted its first induction ceremony for the National Adult Education Honor Society on December 11, 2018. Six students from the ESOL and Home Health Aide programs were joined by family, friends, and DFSS and School District staff for the induction and a luncheon. The students chosen for this prestigious honor were recognized for having a strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a cooperative attitude. During this very moving ceremony, honorees were each pinned by their instructor with a gold, black and white lapel pin.
